Our story

Know exactly when a web page changed, and what changed.

I'm Johnny Mobley. I started building systems for other people in 2000, when I was 16, and I've been doing it ever since. Along the way I automated most of my own work, and the tools I built for myself became these companies. Each one runs on rules I wrote down, not on paid AI calls, which is why it can cost so little.

Pages change quietly: a price, a policy, a line in the terms. Unless you saved a copy, you can't prove what it said last week. Abstergo keeps the copies for you.

Give it a public URL and it saves the page's visible text with a timestamp. The next snapshot shows how many lines were added and removed. You can ask for an email the next time the text changes, or watch just one part of the page, like the price box, and be told whether certain words are there.

What works today

What it doesn't do yet

Visualping still does things Abstergo doesn't:

What it costs

What you getPrice
Visualping
Personal 1K, billed monthly
1,000 checks a month across 10 pages, as often as every 15 minutes, with visual (screenshot) comparison. Their free plan watches 5 pages hourly.$14/mo
AbstergoEverything above, no account needed. An optional Pro pass keeps 50 versions per page instead of 5 and shows line-by-line differences between any two; the price is shown at checkout.Free

Visualping's price is from their pricing page as of October 29, 2026. Prices change, so check theirs before you compare.
